Our program immerses passionate, driven people in the mechanics of governance, policy-making, and public advocacy. This allows for people to work alongside seasoned professionals, contribute to real initiatives, and build the skills and relationships that define a career.
This is not a resume line — it's the opening chapter of a career. Several of our interns progress into fellowships or full-time roles.
DonateOur team members are all embedded across several core areas of our organization, gaining exposure to the full breadth of our work and contributing to initiatives that reach millions.

Our team members contribute to issue-specific policy centers — researching legislation, drafting memos, and helping shape positions on the topics that matter most to our movement.

Work alongside coalition partners to build grassroots support, coordinate advocacy efforts, and engage with stakeholders across the country advancing shared priorities.

Help plan and execute major events — from policy summits to flagship conferences — gaining hands-on experience in logistics, communications, and attendee engagement.

Support fundraising and development initiatives — assisting with donor relations, managing contributions, and helping coordinate exclusive events that sustain our movement's long-term growth.

Produce engaging multimedia and online content — assisting with social media management, video production, and digital strategy to amplify our message across all major platforms.
Hands-on immersion in policy research, legislative tracking, communications and other work. Interns attend briefings, draft memos, and shadow senior staff across departments.
Continue your experience while completing your education. Work remotely on meaningful projects, strengthen your professional skills, and stay connected to the conservative movement, while balancing academic responsibilities.
A bridge role with growing responsibility. Fellows manage policy portfolios, represent the organization at coalition meetings, and prepare for full-time transition with structured mentorship.
Launch your career as a full-time team member. Coordinators collaborate across departments, build specialized expertise, and lay the foundation for long-term growth within the organization.
Join the team as a staff member. Our alumni serve as Vice Presidents, Directors, Coordinators, Analysts, and more across our entire organization.
